Owned and operated by Richard Mann, R&M has many years of experience in the construction industry working with other contractors, both in the industrial and residential market. This is important for you and your home inspection, because you will always get an experienced person to accurately assess your home in a thorough manner.

Our report is not just a simple, one page check list that refers to problems in generalities. We submit
a very detailed report with several pages of text that includes digital images (with subtitles) to visually support our conclusions. We always use plain English so that you will always understand the complete inspection.

As a member of NACHI, (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) R&M has additional resources available for any type of defect that may be noted in the report.

R&M specializes in pre-purchase home inspections to reveal any problems or concerns and to work
with the Realtor for a timely resolution to the problems that arise, but we also have the capacity to work with the prospective home buyer after their home purchase, if needed.
